Aproko Doctor is at it again. In a recent post, he talked about the consequences of forcing urine out of one's bladder. Normally, urinating is meant to be a relaxing moment for everyone. He said, "Some of you will open toilet to urinate. You'll see small stain inside inside the toilet bowl. Instead of you to carry toilet brush and brush it off, NO. You'll assume that your urine can wash it off. So you'll start forcing and targeting it. Let me tell you what you're doing. First of all you're forcing urine out which you are not supposed to do."

He continued, "The process of urinating is actually a process of relaxing. Once you relax the bladder muscle like this, the urine will flow out naturally. But if you now force it out yourself, over time if you continue it you're weakening your bladder."
He added that forcing urine can cause incontinence which is the inability to control the flow of urine outside of the bladder. In the long run, it could cause embarrassment for an individual.
