Court removes suspension on Labour Party chairman and others

A High Court in Abuja has removed the suspension of the chairman of the Labour Party (LP) Julius Abure.
Justice Hamza Muazu of this High Court was the one who granted the removal of the suspension of Abure and some others in the Labour Party.

Some others include air Clement Ojukwu who is the National Organizing Secretary, Oluchi Opara who is the National Treasurer.
These men were restrained from parading themselves as national officials of the Labour Party.
The judge had listened to various arguments from all parties and eventually order that the suspension be removed.
