Governor Sanwo-Olu approves appointment of Shuaheeb Olabode Agoro as Head of service

Governor Sanwo-Olu has approved the appointment of Shuaheeb Olabode Agoro as the Head of service in Lagos state. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is the current Governor of Lagos state. He recently approved of Shuaheeb Olabode Agoro's appointment and this makes him the 22nd Head of Service.
Mr Shuaheeb Olabode Agoro's appointment is to take effect from the 30th of September, 2023. This news was released via a statement which was signed by the outgoing Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola. The Lagos State Government also shared this statement via their official twitter handle.

Mr Hakeem stated that Mr Agoro, the new appointee joined the Lagos State Public Service on the 1st July 2003. He revealed that He served as a Permanent Secretary from August 3, 2015 till date. Mr Hakken Muri-Okunola served as the 21st Head of Service in Lagos State until recently when he was given another appointment by the President of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He has been appointed as Principal Secretary to president Tinubu.
He resigned voluntarily as the Head of service in Lagos state and this takes effect om the 29th of September and then the following day, 30th of September Mr Shuaheeb will step into the office.
