Nigerian singer Emeka Akumefule popularly known as Blaqbonez has revealed that he has more money than he has ever had and he doesn't even know how much.
On the recent episode of the Zero Conditions podcast, Blaqbonez was asked to talk about what has changed the most for him ever since he became famous. He answered and said he has more money than he knows he has. He said his mentality has changed drastically.
Blaqbonez said sometimes, he catches himself speaking ill of the rich people in the society and he realizes he is now one of them and he has to be cautious of what he does.
Blaqbonez also talked about how PR has shaped the entertainment industry. He said everything that goes viral online isn't by accident, it was made to go viral. He revealed how artists use streaming farms to get their songs to the top of the charts just to gain more publicity.
He stated that some songs that are topping the charts aren't organic. He described it as social engineering where fans are manipulated in believing that a particular song is good.
He said, "Ever since I understood PR fully, the world hasn't been the same. Even movies, I started realizing these people are just promoting the movie. I didn't used to see the promo in these things. Everything is promo."
