Former BBNaija housemate Pere Egbi has revealed that he had already developed feelings for Mercy before the All Stars season.
Recall that Mercy Eke and Pere had already confirmed that they are both in a relationship after they left the BBN house.
During a recent interview, Pere confirmed that he has strong feelings for his love interest Mercy Eke and it was prior to entering the BBNaija house.
Pere revealed that while he was away in America, he was talking to his colleague Cross on FaceTime when he saw Mercy in the background and he got carried away instantly.
Immediately, he was drawn to her aura and they started a conversation. They were exchanging banter, he was enjoying it, and the conversation became flirty. In no time, he said to her, "You dey enter my eye" and she replied, "Close am", asking him to take his eyes off her.
Pere said, "We had that slightly flirtatious conversation on FaceTime and subsequently, we met at different events where we were friendly."
Fast forward to Big Brother, he drew back from Mercy because of her ex-boyfriend Ike, who was also in the BBNaija house with them. He said he wanted to be sure there was no more lingering feelings between the both of them.
As at the time of reporting, Pere and Mercy had unfollowed each other on Instagram. Could there be trouble in paradise?
