Ibadan Poly female student killed brutally, eyes removed.
A student of the Polytechnic Ibadan was found dead yesterday. This student had been found in her room with machete cuts on her body and her eyes had also been removed.
The student is a National Diploma (ND) 2 Mass Communication of the Ibadan Polytechnic.
They have identified the victim as Dasola and she was currently writing exams in this period before her death.
The motive behind her death is yet to be known for now.
It had been her friend who is also her course mate who didn't see her for a particular exam on Thursday and went to her house to look for her.
She had found the door locked and assumed no one was in.
Later on, her neighbours had begun to perceive an odour coming from her room and then peeped from her window and discovered the body.
They then alerted everyone including the police who have arranged to evacuate the body from the room.
The police have commenced an investigation into this matter.
As soon as the school’s management received the News, we learnt that they suspended exams for a day.
