Following the PEPT judgment yesterday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated his victory as the winner of the 2023 presidential election.
After several months, the court has finally given their verdict, dismissing the Labour Party and Peter Obi's petition and upholding Tinubu's victory during the PEPT judgment yesterday.
In a video circulating the internet, president Tinubu was seen celebrating his victory after Justice Tsammani declared him winner of the election.
He was with family, well wishers and party members including his wife Oluremi Tinubu, and Ogun State governor Dapo Abiodun.
While the opposition party, Labour Party, rejected the court's verdict, president Tinubu urged Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar to work together with him and support his government.
He also thanked Nigerians for their support and for giving him the mandate to serve the country, assuring them that he will work towards achieving his goals for the nation.
