There are 10 ministers in the Northwest( five senior and five ministers of state) 6 senior ministers in North Central, senior ministers and two ministers of state in Southwest, 6 senior ministers and one minister state in Northeast, five senior ministers and two ministers of state in South-South then 4 senior ministers and one minister of state in Southeast.
