A video of a mother rejecting a Christmas gift from her undergraduate son has gone viral on social media. The woman has a son who is an undergraduate in a Nigerian university and he presented a car as a Christmas gift to her, however, she rejected the car. Her son bought her a red car, however, the son is just in 200 level and his mother found it questionable that he had the money to buy her a car and she rejected it. She mentioned that she doesn’t need a car and he should carry the car away.
She questioned his source of income to be able to afford to buy her such an expensive car as a gift. This woman has been identified as mama Chukwudi. She refused to accept the car from her son and ensured that both her son and the car left her compound. She didn’t allow the car to stay in her compound and this video has caused a series of reaction son social media. The woman explained that she sent her son to school to study not return barely 2 years after with a car.
She revealed that she wasn’t settled with the means he must have gotten the money to buy the car for her. She was not convinced that it wasn’t something illegal that he had done and refused any explanation from her son. He claimed he didn’t do any evil thing to get the car and called himself a child of God but his mother wasn’t having any of it.
