Nigerian singer Phyno blew Nigerians away after the news of purchasing 20 units of semi-detached terrace buildings. The buildings were estimated to have worth N1 billion. That's huge and also a wise investment choice. Instead of acquiring fancy things like expensive cars, clothes, and accessories, Phyno channeled his money into a profitable business.
