Governor of Benue appoints SSG and others
The Governor of Benue State, Rev. Hyacinth Alia has appointed a Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Secretary to the State Government, (SSG) and some others.
Rev. Hyacinth Alia is a Catholic reverend and politician. He is in his late fifties. He began serving as the governor of Benue State on Monday, May 29, 2023.
The Chief Press Secretary, (CPS) whom he appointed is Mr. Tersoo Kula who is a well known journalist and also a former Blue Print Correspondent in Benue state.
He also appointed Dr. Emmanuel Chenge as his Principal Private Secretary (PPS).
Some others include the Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Governor in person of Mr. Paul Biam who was a lawmaker, Prof Joseph Alakali as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), and also Mr. Moses Ode as the new Head of Service.
These appointments are set to take effect immediately. They also mentioned that there will be more appointments to come.
