Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson was captured querying innocent eggs in her pantry about the sudden increase in the price to purchase them. She questioned how eggs are becoming expensive when they are produced in Nigeria and not shipped from abroad. She funnily asked whether the hen that laid those eggs were shipped in from abroad because she has to think twice before eating eggs in her house.
It seems both the rich and poor are feeling the effects of the ridiculous increase in prices of commodities.
